Can you supply a full crew, or just individual workers?
We can supply anything from a single worker to a full crew. Every crew we deploy is managed by a bilingual (English/Spanish) supervisor on-site to ensure punctuality, coordination, and clear communication throughout the project.
Do you offer on-demand staffing, or only long-term contracts?
Both. We supply labour as on-demand workers, temporary staff, or temp-to-perm placements — whatever fits your project's timeline and needs.
Are your workers insured and WorkSafeBC compliant?
Yes. All Briken crews operate in full compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations, and our teams are trained and certified in workplace safety standards, including Fall Protection and Scissor Lifting.
What does your post-construction cleaning process include?
Our post-construction cleaning follows a structured 3-phase process: rough cleaning (debris removal and general sweeping), final cleaning (detailed cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, and fixtures), and touch-up cleaning (a final pass for dust and smudges before handover) — ensuring a genuinely move-in-ready space, not just a surface clean.
